My Rose
This is what we do on a random boring afternoon.
I used a Nikon D90 with a 50mm 1.8 lens. Natural light coming out of a window behind me. The roses were placed on a cardboard with a hole in it and Erika did her own make up. The whole post processing was made on Photoshop CS6.
From planning to production it took us around 2 hours to put everything together.

Tras la pista de un beso
Personal project I did with my beautiful wife film noir style.
It’s about a lead of lipstick left on a glass at the scene of a crime that turns out to be from a very self confident and seductive suspect, and then there’s the detective who can’t resist her charms. We had a lot of fun making it and I think Erika was on the spot the entire time, phenomenal interpretation.
It only took us around 1 hour of planning and 1 hour of shooting, the post processing was done on Lightroom 5 and the retouching on Photoshop CS6.
I used a Nikon D90 with a 35mm 1.8 lens, two flashes Yongnuo and Nikon SB600, one of them trough the blinds of the window to create the background stripe pattern and the other one with a home made snoot to focus the light on Erika’s face.

We have a lead

Second Shooter
I’ve been fortunate enough to work and collaborate with who I consider as some of the most talented professionals in the NY-NJ wedding and fashion industry.
My philosophy as a Second Shooter is to be the best help the lead photographer can find and always do it with a smile! If at the end of the day I didn’t make his job easier then I didn’t do my part of the deal… that will never happen.
I really enjoy wedding photography and I approach every event, every subject and every couple with the best attitude possible, the same attitude I would expect of all assistants or second shooters that work with me! Be on time, act and dress professionally, use either a different lens or a different angle than me and be proficient!
If you are interested I’ll be happy to answer all your questions and maybe we can talk about it over a coffee! Drop me a line ;)
